In 2019, Spectrum Eye Institute hired R. Berti Building Solutions as Construction Manager for their new 14,000 square foot building in New Lenox, Illinois. R. Berti worked with the owner and architect on budgeting and overall project scheduling and planning through finished construction. The building has a partial basement, space for the Spectrum Eye Institute medical practice, as well as two other tenant spaces for future use. This is a steel structure with brick and stone exterior, clear story windows and a complete exterior wall system that allows for maximum energy reduction.
The Spectrum Eye Institute space is comprised of exam rooms, administrative areas, offices and a separate retail space for the selection and purchase of new eyeglasses. The overall project took 8 months to complete. Download our Project Info Sheet below for more details.
