In 2014, R. Berti was hired as General Contractor for this medical facility construction project. JOHA is an independent cancer care center with distinctive design elements and a full service care philosophy. This is the second medical building that R. Berti has constructed for the same client. The building is 7,900 sq. ft. on one level and houses administrative offices, exam rooms, a full service oncology infusion area as well as a full service pharmacy. R. Berti also provided supervision over the architectural and engineering services for the project. The project was successfully completed within a nine month timeframe.
