Project Description:
In 2022, R. Berti was hired as the General Contractor to renovate and build out The Ovation Center in Romeoville for Senior Services. The building was previously a Target retail store that had closed and is 124,000 square feet. The work included demolition and construction of several retail spaces that are geared towards the Senior community as well as Club Rooms, a Café, large meeting spaces, restrooms and office spaces. This was the first of two phases that was completed in 10 months. Future plans include a commercial kitchen and banquet space. Senior Services currently hold office space for their own staff as well as activities that they provide to local Seniors in this building.
